The Wisdom of Receiving a Diagnosis

The body gets our attention by giving us pain, and sometimes pain comes with a “Diagnosis” – when this happens it may require a reset, and transmutation of the stress hormones so that empowerment, healing, and more grace can enter us – as well as the answers and great wisdom the body truly wants us to acknowledge and GNOW!

To Know with a “G” means we are groking the wisdom from the experience/event.
