Does the Bio-Well work with the Apple - ARM Chips?

Bio-Well camera and Bio-Well software are fully compatible with the new MacBook with M1 chip, but we need to give you some hints.

In order to provide maximum stability of Bio-Well camera functioning on Mac we recommend using the standard USB cable that is provided with every device for regular USB ports (USB A).

If your MacBook doesn’t have a USB A port then please buy an adapter: USB to USB-C.

Do not use USB hubs for MacBooks – they do not provide proper grounding.

Use the USB-A to USB-C adapter with the standard wire from the package.

USB-C cable that is provided with every Bio-Well device doesn’t provide proper grounding. Don’t use it.
